For this special occasion, we invite all guests to dress to impress. This is your chance to showcase your style and elegance, so please come dressed in your finest attire, ready to celebrate in sophistication and glamour. 

We want to keep most of the event a surprise for everyone. But below is the top line agenda for the night: 

   -   18:00 Arrival and drinks reception 

   -   19:15 Guests seated, meal and entertainment 

   -   00:50 Last orders at the bar 

   -   01:00 Close 

We are committed to ensuring the event is fully inclusive. There will be a separate quiet room available, along with male and female prayer rooms. 

We are committed to ensuring all dietary and access requirements are catered for. There is an option on the registration form to advise us of your requirements, please do fill this in.

You will need your QR code that will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

A table plan will be provided for the evening, details will be available at the venue.

Should you need it, there is a prayer room onsite. Please contact a member of the events team who will be able to show you where this is.

Dinner will be served from 19:50. Please let us know in advance if you require halal food.

There will be a shuttle service provided for those who are based at the Crewe/Wrexham offices. The shuttle locations will depart from and return to:

   -   Wrexham General Railway Station 

   -   Chester Railway Station 

   -   Congleton Bus Station 

   -   Crewe Campus 

   -   Hanley 

   -   Nantwich Bus Station 

   -   Northwich Bus Station (Interchange) 

   -   Sandbach Leisure Centre 

Please specify this on your registration form, and more details on the shuttle service will be provided closer to the event. 

We will be requesting preferred airports at a later date..

Accommodation will be offered if you are based at any of the following offices or if you are home-based dependant distance. All overseas colleagues will be offered accommodation:

Please specify this on your registration form, and more details on accommodation will be provided closer to the event. 

Colleagues were invited based on length of service due to a limitation on places. We have ready a waiting list of all colleagues by their start date and as places become available these will then be offered to the waiting list.

There will be a a set of drums, microphones and a keyboard available on the evening, any other equipment needed must be provided by candidates playing in the contest.

There is currently some redevelopment work being undertaken at the NCP Manchester Central car park whilst the venue replace the escalators with a large lift. During this time the small existing lift also won’t be accessible until the works are finished.

The routes out of the NCP for anyone who can’t use the stairs near the entrance into the car park are shown on the attached. I have also highlighted another route, this is for blue badge holders who can park outside Central library instead of the NCP.
